Our Moisture Meter is a precise device for determining moisture in liquid and solid materials. The Moisture Meter is suitable for various applications in raw material extraction, production, processing, research and recycling. With a maximum sample weight of 220 g and a high measuring resolution of 0.001 g, the Moisture Meter enables precise moisture measurement.
The Moisture Meter works on the principle of drying with simultaneous weighing. During drying, the weight loss is continuously recorded and displayed as a percentage of the total mass. With a heater output of 250 W and an adjustable heating temperature of 40 °C to 180 °C, the Moisture Meter ensures quick and flexible drying of the samples. For measurement evaluation, the device offers various parameters such as % moisture, % dry matter, % moisture bd as well as g residual weight / kg and residual weight, which enable the sample to be analysed.

The moisture meter PCE-MA 200 allows different materials to be weighed and their moisture contents determined. The heating chamber is heated by halogen lamps up to 199 °C. In this chamber, the moisture meter dries the material to be weighed, and then calculates the moisture content from the weight difference. The moisture meter can determine the smallest weight differences thanks to a readability of 0.001 g. The results are displayed on the large LCD display. Up to 15 different drying programs can be stored in the memory of the moisture meter. Accordingly, the moisture meter is suitable for quality control of wood products, granules, pellets, feed, food, pastes and more. With the included 100 g weight, the moisture meter can be calibrated at any time.
