Application:
Automatic Single Yarn & Filament Strength Tester is used to test the physical index of the single yarn and filament, such as the breaking strength, breaking elongation, breaking load, breaking time and tenacity elongation curve. The computer collect, calculate and output the date automatically.

Feature
1. Use the CRE (constant rate of elongation) theory.
2. Testing Range: 0～6000cN
3. The interval is optional. The elongation can reached to 220% which can fit different kinds of yarns.
4. Pneumatic clamps can avoid the damage of yarns.
5. The machine can test 20 pipes yarns automatically, which can economize on manpower and reduce the working strength.
6. The constant stretch speed can be set within the speed adjustable range.
7. Stretch time: 10s or 20s.
8. Computer control, LCD display.
9. The whole machine use contactless relay which is stable and reliable.
