Product Features
The chamber adopts the high-quality stainless steel by argon arc welding;
Microcomputer control with fault alarm;
The screen displays sterilization stage, temperature, time, and other parameters;
The safety interlock device meets the requirements of the regulations;
(1) Sterilization program cannot be started if the door is not closed and locked;
(2) When pressure in chamber, the locking device works to prevent the hand wheel rotating;
Self expanding type seal ring which has good sealing effect and long service life;
Equipped with steam generator and water pump:
(1) The water pump has the automatic add water function, so that the water level in the steam generator can be controlled in a reasonable range;
(2) When the water level in the steam generator reaches the minimum, the electric power supply will be cut off with the alarm (in the sterilization condition);
(3) The pressure controller to control the pressure in the steam generator, a safety valve for overpressure protection;
The exhaust method after sterilization can be selected, which can meet the requirements of pressure relief after sterilization for different types of materials;
PID temperature control function, select it to correct heating control parameters automatically, to prevent the temperature overshoot occurs;
Options: stainless steel outer case.
