Introduction:
DV-W series computerized micro Vickers hardness tester with modern design and simple style, it is a perfect combination product of machine and computer, forming a highly cost-effective micro hardness tester system. Software can Control hardness tester, measure indentation, automatic turret switch, brightness adjustment, etc. Automatic hardness measurement, it makes Vickers hardness test work more easy.

1) Guided by optical cross rails to ensure high guiding accuracy;
2) Fast and smooth force transmission can be achieved by using the secondary transmission force of the rack and pinion.
3) This machine equipped with most advanced High transmission ratio high precision worm gear rod, can achieve stable continuous lifting, and greatly improved the accuracy and repeatedly of the testing process. This update is very important to improve working performance and working efficiency.
4) Built-in high lightness , long life LED light source, this design makes light source work more stable work performance.
5) Built-in 5 million high-definition CCD camera, short optical path, clearer image
6) With hardness conversion function, from HV can convert to HRA, HRB, HRC, HBW, etc scales.
